Our skin tends to get more dry during winter. Skin experts often advice to switch skin care products during this season. For moisturizer, they recommend a creamier moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated and reapply when the skin feels tight.

That's right. You will definitely have great skin if you use grapeseed oil on your skin. It tightens and tones the skin. Hence, it is a good anti aging oil. It's light and not greasy. I use it under my moisturizer.

Maracuja is an excellent natural emollient derived from passion fruit, which regulates oil production in your body. Therefore, it makes your body produce more oil if needed, as during the winter and produces less when it is necessary that in this way, the skin can not be too dry or too fat.

1. Drink plenty of water. Avoid sodas and caffeine, and keep your body hydrated starting on the inside.
2. Avoid long, hot showers. The hot water tends to dry out the skin more than warm water. Showers are also better at night before bed so you don't leave a warm environment and go straight out into cold air.
3. Apply moisturizing lotion to the skin immediately after a shower to lock in the moisture. Use creams for the rougher parts of your body like the elbows, knees, hands and feet.
4. Run a humidifier in your home to keep the air moist.
5. Exfoliate the skin to get rid of dry, dead skin cells, and apply a moisturizer immediately following this regimen.
