i have reading a lot about hair loss caused due to stress , dht and deficiancies in the body; THere are most common deficiancies such as Vitamin B , Vitamin C and A...But how do you know..which one is causing your hair loss; Whether it is DHT Or some deficiancy?

More stress is life, this is more important than taking a vitamin, but a balanced healthy diet food and nutritional food that also prevent hair fall can help someone with. Many vitamins and good daily multi-vitamin consuming healthy foods and amounts provided by other additional food supply can be provided. Hair loss is down to the food will slow.

Nowadays Hair Loss is main problem of Human. Everybody want to prevent hair loss problem. Biotin, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, vitamin B9, Vitamin E and vitamin A are best vitamins to prevent hair loss. We can use this vitamins to prevent hair loss.

Do not rub the scalp - in the towel dry hair, careful not to rub the scalp and damage hair follicles. It's much better to rub away the extra moisture instead of rubbing.

I think the best way to prevent this disease is through taking care of hair and eat foods that is high on vitamin B and A.
